Return & Refund Policy

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once your return request is approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, accessories, and items marked as final sale.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please email us at luvarrestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luvarrestore@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
